For Alternatively Schooled Tweens and Teens grades 6-12 and their families.
This forum is discuss ways that the library can better assist families whose middle and high schoolers do not attend the local school district. For families who have embraced traditional homeschooling, cyber schooling, unschooling, and other types of alternative schooling options.
We will discuss how the library can support your students both academically and socially as well as support the family members who are taking on the responsibilities of teacher, homework helper, and/or learning coach.
It is also a chance to meet other local families who have chosen alternative schooling.
