This month we are trying something a little different: a book tasting of Meditation for Mortals: Four Weeks to Embrace Your Limitations and Make Time for What Counts. A book tasting is when participants can read as much or as little as they wish to be able to participate in the discussion.
Each month, participants in the Focus Group focus on a specific aspect of their life. During the meeting, we will discuss how successful we were that month and whether focusing making small changes impacted our life or changed our perspective.
At the end of the meeting, we will agree upon a new focus for the coming month.
